How to Help Hyndburn Stray Dogs In Need

There are many ways in which you can help Hyndburn Stray Dogs In Need. Every stray dog deserves a second chance, hence our motto, but as well as new homes for our strays we also need other kinds of help.
You can make a donation to our charity either by using Paypal for a one off donation, or printing off our Standing Order Form, and filling it in if you wish to make a monthly donation.
You can donate your unwanted items to be sold in our charity shop in Accrington. Anything heavy can be collected.
Take part in our Refill and Save a Stray campaign in conjunction with Cartridge World.
If you have a few hours spare then you could donate your time. Our charity shop is always in need of volunteers to staff the shop.
All money donated goes towards boarding the dogs until they are rehomed, medical treatment, collars, leads, food, bedding & beds

You can donate by credit or debit card instantly via our secure payment gateway, Paypal.

You do not need to register with Paypal to be able to make a payment to HSDIN.

You can choose any amount your like from the option at the checkout.

Our Charity Shop
You can help by donating to, or buying something from our charity shop at
15 Whalley Road, Accrington (next to North’s Cleaners).
Or you if you have some free time to help out in our shops, we would gladly appreciate it.
All proceeds from sales go towards the cost of the care of the dogs until they are rehomed.
We are always in need of any unwanted, good quality items to sell in the shop.
Clean clothes, books, toys & bric-a-brac are always welcome, so please search out those unwanted items, and take them to our shops where they will be gratefully received.

Our Collection Boxes
If you have any loose change, and see one of our collection boxes, then please donate.
It may not seem much, but it makes a big difference.

You can find them in most shop local to Hyndburn.
Our most local collection box is on the counter at Whitehead Store in Rishton & Great Harwood

Educational Visits
Steve, Sue and Woody make regular visits to schools in and around the area to educate the children about dogs and safety.
