Hyndburn Borough council were good enough to give us a waist bin for free , when we first moved in the shop 7 years ago , but to replace the missing one is going to cost us money ! what with Kennel feeandrsquo;s , Vet feeandrsquo;s , rent on the shop , ect money is hard to come by , i hope who ever took our bin gets a bit of Karma Justice , whats that expression ?
